Re: Jack Cafferty's Statement Clarified : "Chinese Government are

by kloon@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Apr 24, 2008 at 06:48 PM

I don't know whom CNN or this guy want to kid.

This guy was talking about the relation****p between the US and China.
He was talking about the Chinese im****t, viz. junks with lead paint
and poison. Then he went on and said "So I think our relation****p
with China has certainly changed. I think they're basically the same
bunch of goons and thugs they've been for the last 50 years." So the
topic was "China" and until he changed the subject and started
discussing June 4 1989 or the "butchers" of Beijing, say, the "they"
of course referred to China. It is the Chinese people who make the
junks that are im****ted into the U. S., not the Chinese government.
When he talked about China, he was of course talking about the Chinese
people. May it is time for CNN and this guy to take some English as a
foreign language courses.

Also that the CNN Asia article Mr. FLG Wong posted, "(the Chinese
authorities)" was inserted into the quote, viz. words were put into
this Jack Cafferty guy's mouth.

I also wonder why just the last 50 years. Was he being nostalgic
about the good old days when the west enjoyed extra-territorial
rights and unhindered im****t of whatever they wanted into China?

Also note that it was the Asian American who noticed what this guy
said and started protesting. Also that not only PRC flags but also
ROC flags were waved at the protest in Los Angeles.
