Her ruling was quickly overturned by the Florida Supreme Court as
stated below. Had it been left in Florida's hands, Al Gore's would
have been the President, he won the state, we counted the vote and in
the end delivered the correct results. I find it hard to believe that
waiting the week or two it took for due process to occur in Florida
would have destablized the entire nation.

The US Supreme Court unconstitionally took control of the situation
and delivered the Presidency to GB in a quick and  poorly deliberated
decision.
