Nonsense.

China has changed it size hundreds of times in the past 5,000 years. It
will 
change its size hundreds of times in the next 5,000 years.

Taiwan is not now nor has it ever been part of the People's Republic of 
China.

Taiwan is in fact independent of the PRC and has always been so.

The PLA is not able to "quash the rebellion".

The fate of a free nation is the business of all humanity.
