Zomi says:
1. The SPDC is a racist government. It has been practising "Maha Bamar
Lumyo
Gyi Wada" ("Bamar Big Race Doctrine"), which is for the hegemony of the
Bamar people over other indigenous peoples of Burma. It has been
practising
to kill, massacre, exterminate and annihilate other national races.
2. Under the SPDC government, there is NO RULE OF :LAW. The SPDC is ABOVE
the law.

Subject: [ZONET] CNF criticizes Burmese regime over fraud demarcation
CNF criticizes Burmese regime over fraud demarcation
Khonumthung News
May 7, 2008.
The Chin National Front, the Chin armed group, has lambasted the Burmese
military junta over its plan to add some parts of Zomi (Chin) state into
Sagaing
division.
"The CNF criticized the Burmese junta not only for its illegal plan to add
parts of Zomi (Chin) state to the Sagaing division but said the regime
will
have to
take responsibility for the fall out," a CNF statement on May 6 said.
CNF in its statement urged the Chin nationals from outside and inside
Burma
to oppose the Burmese military regime's plan to add parts of Zomi (Chin)
territory
to Sagaing division.
Nay Pyi Daw, the capital of Burma's delegate U Aung Myo Nyunt led a team
comprising of staff of the survey department office from Sagaing division
and Zomi (Chin) to demarcate the boundary of Zomi (Chin) state and Sagaing
division
between March 27 to April 4.
The draft demarcation map was said to have shown that some part of Zomi
(Chin)
state known as Khai Kam, Mai Nuai, Tan Zang, Zo Zang, Zo Nuam Zang, Kim
Lai
and Dim Zang village are being included into Sagaing division without the
consent of the people of Zomi (Chin) state.
If the draft demarcation is approved, the junta will include Kalay or Khai
Kam University in Khai Kam village in Zomi (Chin) state into Kalay town in
Sagaing
division.
Moreover, approximately around 8,000 acres of farmland, teak forests and
Gulu mual called 'Mwe Taung' nickel and chromium mining areas will be
included in Sagaing division.
In response to the illegal move by the regime to encroach its territory,
village heads from the so called "to be excluded villages" wrote a
complaint
letter to Nay Pyi Daw on April 3. The letter called on the regime to take
action against the group that is changing the boundary.
So far, there is no response from the military brass in Nay Phi Daw.
CNF also praised the people of Khai Kam, Mai Nuai, Tan Zang, Zo Zang, Zo
Nuam Zang, Kim Lai and Dim Zang villages for their fearlessness in
confronting the injustice of the regime.
CNF described the present Burmese military authorities as illegitimate
because it had grabbed state power in a coup in 1988.
