I'm sure they will fine them to death the next time around. What a
perfect op****tunity to make extra money. Obviously, China is still not
capitalism enough. The management should be punished for losing such
golden op****tunity to make extra money and popularity. It should have
been the maximum penalty possible. Most of all, there should be a
English sign to alert all foreigners that says "Please do not undress
in public."
