Even if the Myanmar government knew that a cyclone was coming, and
cyclone strike Myanmar yearly like clock work,..
can the Myanmar official ....stop the 190 km wind and stop 4 metre
high tidal wave from wrecking disaster in Myanmar.

The US knew days in advance hurricane Katrina would hit New Orleans
and US weather man warned of colossal disaster Yet Bush and the US
government did absolutely NOTHING to help the blacks in the city.

Myanmar is a third world country without the technology, without money
to evacuate the people...but the USA is filthy rich and with high tech
equipment capable of moving  millions of  people...why was the US not
doing anything.
