Action speaks louder then rhetoric. China Africa summit had more
leaders attending then the European Africa summit.

Good neighbourly policy. Peaceful rise policy. Harmonious Society. No
first use of nuclear weapon policy. No use of nuclear weapons against
any non-nuclear weapons country.
