It took them that long to partially declassify their files.
Today USA is even more neurotic about China.

I think these video are fake.
There have been lots of these fake video around.
When the alleged shooting occured you see the man fell to the ground
and people around him show no response at all they just go on walking.
The basic human instinct is to duck and cover.

If u think CIA is still active which country is their biggest target
