I can not sup****t the unelected government of the CCP at all.

But I suppose that I would not object to it doing something wise and
humane 
(ban the use of capital punishment, for example; free public education
thru 
high school for another).

I have made it clear that the Chinese should have basic human rights, the 
sooner the better.

Once the Chinese are free, they will behave better toward their neighbors
and 
each other. Were the Tibetans to vote for independence (with proper 
guarantees regarding the national debt, etc), I suppose the Chinese would
let 
them go in peace (just as the Canadians would let Quebec go).

And a democratic government of China would not violate the freedom of 
religion rights of Tibetans.
