Did you read the article?

For one thing, the OP was lying to call Canada's efforts "camps".
There's a huge difference between the 2 cases and there's nothing
hypocritical about telling the truth. The Canadians don't send their
adult citizens against their will to spend years in prison. The
Chinese camps are really prisons under a different name. But they are
still prisons.

You think people in Chinese reeducation camps just sit quietly and
take notes all day, take a test and are released after a while if they
pass? You think they can leave to take a week of vacation if they feel
like it? I don't.
