I don't know all the technical details. But the article says the ****ps
are ready to rush supplies and you insist that they are not. Why
should we believe you rather than the article? How do you know?

Perhaps someone on sci.military.naval can respond to your claim that
the British war****ps cannot possibly be of help to the Burmese relief
effort. Your claim seems highly suspect to me.
