The pendulum of Pax Americana ....

Surely is on the verge of swinging back, not in a mechanical
fa****on but in the dialectics of Hegel. Understandably, it's
easy to assign all of the ills of America, and, the world to
the gentleman from Texas and his cohorts. However, it is far
larger in scope and more fundamental in nature, as the curr-
ent election cycle in the USA amply demonstrates. The author
of the article vaguely alluded to but not clearly articulat-
ed a sea change in American, and, world politics. It signals
the decline of conservative movement. And the rediscovery of
meliorism.

Therein, lies the gentleman's lasting legacy ....
