I almost missed the key point.
Charles Liu creates a MYTH (no foreign in Burma) and then refutes it.
Of course NO ONE said that no foreign aid had gotten into Burma. NO ONE
said
it.
Indeed, one of the biggest stories last week was the Burmese thugs
stealing
foreign aid, putting their own names on it, and distributing in a
inefficient
way.
But, this does not bother Mr. Liu. He invents a MYTH out of whole cloth
and
then refutes it.
Funny really, and I would laugh at this pathetic attempt were there no
dying
children in Burma.
