It is known that certain medicines are dangerous (even life-threatening)
for 
people with certain genes, but helpful (even life-saving) for those with 
other genes.

It is known that skin color can be used to predict the existence (or 
non-existence) of these genes, but the accuracy is far from perfect.

Any doctor who gave (or withheld) medicine on the basis of skin color (now

that DNA sequencing is so cheap) causing death or injury would be 
successfully sued for malpractice.

There are no races.
