Its blackmail and its a private fight between the partners. The courts
will settle that.  And a personal relation****p problem between Dr. Tam
and his wife. That will depend on the wife.

A far more im****tant issue is patient privacy and confidentiality.
The Singa****e Medical Association is obliged under its professional
code of conduct to hold an investigation whether that camera was used
to spy on and record patient-doctor consultations.  Dr. Tam is
obviously innocent of this.  Dr. Khairul will have to answer.  At
least it should merit a reprimand and apology.  At worst it can cost
the professional license of Dr. Khairul.
