False. It is clear that only a small percentage of the Burmese suffering
today have received any aid. The aid they need is sitting on the Burmese
borders waiting permission from the thugs and goons,

The junta is keeping out aid from all over the world, including aid from
its
Asian neighbors.

The junta has blocked much more aid that it has accepted.

There are no Katrina victims waiting clean water and food.

The really odd thing is that the Burmese junta is doing all the things the

CCP is NOT doing. The CCP is welcoming foreign aid (and foreign aid
workers).
It is allowing live coverage of the relief effort by the international
media.

Mr. Liu is praising the junta for policies the CCP has rejected. Maybe he
is
confused. Does Mr. Liu mean that the CCP is wrong?
