Sure, people vote according to racial and tribal lines but that
presupposes a deep racial and tribal divide in the first place.poor
countries with an imbalanced social structure will practice this. But
if society is equal ( to some extent), there'll be less fissures and
more consensus. I cant think of any example where a country/society is
made of 2 or more different peoples but where social characteristics
are equitable. A close approximation would be Israel-where they are
all Jews but of different origins. There might some bias but not too
much I believe.



But why do I get the feeling that chinese (and I mean all over the
world, except maybe for the Taiwanese)absolutely dont want Obama as
President? Racial snobbery?
