Hmm I dont know of anyone who would teach middle cornish. Probably the best

thing to do would be to contact the academics who have dealt with middle 
Cornish such as Dr Ken George who used the middle cornish texts in the 
creation of Kernewek Kemmyn. He could probably help. I think you would 
probably have more luck by contacting Kesva An Taves Kernewek (The Cornish

Language Board).
