Learn Putonghua (its only "Mandarin" to the English) then and forget 
your English man. The Chinese are creaming you English economically. The 
only reason Celtic people learnt your stupid language was for the money 
and the better life. Your language has peaked and is already dying as 
loads of people world-wide learn Putonghua instead and you still think 
your king **** enough to tell the Breizhat to forget their own language.
