Thank you Bob. The truth is that the North-West of England, the Severn 
Valley, and the South-East peninsular from Dorset westwards are all 
Anglo-Saxon free, but the Anglo-Saxon tag has stuck, like dirt sticks when

it is thrown at you, and people like the Celtic Congress are determined
that 
the muck will stay stuck even though the number of native English Celts
can 
be counted in the millions. There are in fact as many "English" Celts as
the 
whole of the populations of Scotland, Wales, Ireland, and the Isle of Man 
combined, which if they were welcomed into Celtic institutions would 
challenge the leader****p of present Celtic institutions, and you know how 
people like to cling on to power.
