That is no sentence. Can you manage to comprehend a reasonably compound 
sentence? Your problem or mine for writing in too complex a way in
English, 
2 sentences together like that. What is it you do not understand now?

Can you have really studied philosophy? Did you pass the course? You seem 
confused to what it means to the people who coined the term and its 
practice. And you also seem unable to express yourself. What not write 
"Ugh?" instead of "Eh?".
