David Hartquist to Discuss China and Cuban Nickel at American Metal 
Market's Stainless Conference in Pittsburgh

WA****NGTON, April 9 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- David A. Hartquist, 
Counsel to the Specialty Steel Industry ofNorth America (SSINA), will 
discussChina and Cuban nickel; Chinese government subsidies to stainless 
producers;China's manipulated currency; the outlook for antidumping and

negotiations during the session, "Stainless Supply Outlook" at the
