Actually he does that. Frequently. By denying access to those who piss
him off. So few do.

You are preoccupied with this "guts to tell the truth" You must be used
to people lying all the time, not unusual in conservative circles..
Let's put this in some perspective. If I was a candidate and I took my
daughter to a few meetings and a journalist would say that I was
"pimping her out" I would not be too happy about that either. And, yes,
there's a good chance that I would also ask for that cretins
resignation. Why not? Should she just take this and smile? Why? I think
her letter was well written, but I don't think that this is some
milestone for her or anybody else. The journalist gets fired and after a
few weeks break gets hired by Fox News. With a startup bonus. So what?
