This article blew me away. Bures accused me of just "scanning it", but
NO-OOO, I read every word. It was worth it and here's is why.
"Universities and colleges systematically alienate students from Western
civilization".
I touched on this before, but this is such a huge sweeping statement
that I still look for it's actual message. What kind of civilization
tenets are our kids absorbing if not Western? Eastern? If so, which,
near or far? Into what intellectual abyss are they dragging our kids
into? And all that without our knowledge? How can that be?
"...Abbreviation of human curiosity"
Can one do the same to a cat? I'd like to abbreviate Gringo's
curiosity... Seriously, though, how is this done? With drugs, duress,
incentives? These ****ing lefties are brilliant - we need God to achieve
the same thing at Bob Jones University and they do it sans God? Well.
I'll be...
The next paragraph is where the meat really is.
The female author yearns for a place where she could be whole again, a
womb of sorts. A college where she is totally at home and everything is
warm and fuzzy. I'd suggest Oral Roberts University, but that will not
do...she wants it in ...Canada...(there's a market up North, Oral, when
they kick you outa the South).
But even that is missing the mark. The authorette pines for
"critical admiration the greatness in the writings of Thomas
Wolfe, a hard-drinking, aggressively hetero***ual white male from a
racist background, whose creative inspiration was Western civilization's
literary treasure trove"
First, being a hetero***ual white male, I'd like to know how I can be
"aggressively" hetero***ual. Do I have to take hormones? Or wear an
outsize codpiece? How do I assert myself hetero***ually? By wearing a
sign that says" "I am NOT Carson Kressley"?. Can I wear loose furs,
grunt and drag women by their hair to my lair? This is all just too
tempting to try...
Hard drinking and racism are the other criteria how Babs judges her men.
I'll just have to work on both of those.
To sum up.
Mastering "Western Civilization" is easy. Drink a lot of booze, **** a
lot of white trash women and beat up a nigger once in while.
Babs will love you long time. That's home. That's greatness.
Bye Bye
