Just four months after a judge spared him a prison sentence, Matthew
Glasser - the former music teacher at Northwest Catholic High School
in West Hartford who had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old
student - returned to court accused of violating his probation.
Glasser, 32, of Ann Street in Tolland, a registered sex offender,
failed to comply with the conditions of his probation, including
deactivating his MySpace account and e-mail address and finding a
place to live approved by his probation officer. His probation
restricts him from having any Internet access and requires Glasser to
live an adequate distance from minors or public places - such as high
schools - where children are present.

He first met the girl when she was a 10-year-old fifth-grader and he
was a music teacher in a West Hartford elementary school.
