Well, my reason for tut-tutting was the impression that were slighting
the scientists. Since there were periods of time when I worked as
one (at honest work I must add) I felt compelled to tut-tut a bit.

Still, you were quite lucky. If my ex-wife, who used to work long
years as a scientist at our Geological Survey Department, she
would immediately dispatch one or two 7.5s on Richter scale
without any prior warning.

I don't think we'd have too many problems finding things to agree on.
For time being, let's settle on 'this and that'.

Who knows, there might even be times when we agree on
as much as 'this, that, and the other'.
