It was the state's own high court, not the Supreme Court
that put Bush in the White House ;-) which threw this puppy
out. The same court, BTW, which decided not so long ago
that California voters cannot deny education benefits to
illegal immigrant children.

So it was  even lower court (Court of Florida?)which put Bush in the White

House?
