"Arabela" - a Czech series originally from 1979:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0175381/
Some of the episodes seem to be available on the ed2k peer-to-peer
network (most likely in Czech language only).
It is likely there would be a DVD available in the Czech Republic.
Try searching Czech online DVD shops. This assumes though you can speak
Czech.

Not sure about that one. If it's Czech and from about that same era, I
should remember it because I was living in Czechoslovakia at the time
and was about the right age to like these types of movies. ;-)
So it may not be Czech. Or I just missed it... :-)

This is probably the Slovak language 1978 series "Spadla z oblakov"
(Fallen from the Skies"):

No idea where you might get that one, but perhaps once again some retro
Czech/Slovak DVD retailer may have resurrected that one as well.
