Congress party has taken an issue which needs more debate and
contemplative study before entering into civi nuclear deal and
exhibiting lame duck position due to left adament approach would have
favoured congress with neutral votes ,along with sympathy votes in her
casket.
More national debate and hurly-burly run for the 123 agreement may put
the congress performance diluted in coming
general elections. National conference chief Omar Abdulla still
undecided on this issue and his party has given him power to take
final decesion in this regard.
