2008-07-22 08:24:06 - Lok Sabha today resumes the debate on the
Confidence Motion, moved by the Prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh.
Dr.Singh will reply to the discussion this evening followed by voting
on the motion.
Prime Minister has said that his government is fully confident of
winning the trust vote. Speaking to newspersons outside the
Parliamenmt House last night, Dr. Manmohan Singh strongly rejected the
allegations of horse trading. He said, those who are making the
allegations should give the proof. In reply to a question on price
rise, he said that the government is
making serious efforts to control inflation and was hopeful that the
government will succeed.
