What increase? After the $50 tariff there is no profit, so it is a
decrease.

Jump from $15 to $50 where $15 is 30% of the commodity and $50 is 100%.
That is perhaps considered gradual in some soviet school only.

In 5-7 years? You need to prove your claim. Our sources say it is $50
/cub from january 2009. $50 is what a cub of birch suitable for pulp
costs itself, so the 100% tariff is completely outrageous.

What possibly could Finland have done better? Finland has no part in any
