No at all.
> People fleeing communism are not terrorists.
In most cases those accused (but often not officially charged) of
terrorism have as a little, or even less basic freedoms and human rights
as the people fleeing communism had¹.
¹ Many, like Solshenitsyn and Lennart Meri, were released after serving
their sentence.

Many innocent released from Guantanamo have trauma for life. I have
nothing against the fact that criminals are imprisoned. However in a
civilized society guilt is determined in a independent court and
suspects are given a fair trial. This is not the case for Gitmo inmates,
but as Stalin's commies did to thier suspects these suspects are also
held there arbitrarily without charges and denied a legal defence and a
trial. Americans in regard to Gitmo are following the same principles as
Stalin's communist regime in 1930s, 1940s.
By sup****ting this unlawful and immoral practice regarding terrorist
suspects (empahsis on the word *suspects*) you are giving the state
(United States) the right to do whatever they please to people subject
to their jurisdiction.
Earlier you denied some states this right, but by accepting the somplete
opposite in regard to the US means you have double standards and are a
hypocrite.
