Why do you constantly bring up the mid-60's and Kekkonen's Tartu visit as
if
that would have terminated the occupation? What's more, as far as Latvia
and
Lithuania were concerned, that 'window of liberty' was quickly closed
again.
Do you really think that seeing drunken tourists in Tallinn somehow made
life easier for the Estonians?
