Moving Zim-crisis forward ?

by problems@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sep 16, 2008 at 09:12 PM

The recent agreement signing is only the thin edge of the wedge.

To quickly widen MDC's sup****t, a meaningfull act needs to
be witnessed by the [naive] population.

Improving the economy, even slightly, takes time; whereas
psychological effects on the population, can be effected
immediately.

One such, cost effective shock-effect, could be the flooding
of all schools with a meaningfull 'meal a day'.

It would be publicised that even children who lately
have not been attending school are to get free-meal/s.
This is a legitimate method of reaching much of the
population, via existing 'structures'.

First the NGOs would need permission/freedom to
implement/manage the task. Then the material
should be rolled-in from neighbouring countries.
A minor release of donors' funding would suffice.

Can Zambia currently sell maize -- produced by the
looted Zim. farmers who settled there ?
