I don't quiet understand the dispute re. potfolio allocation.
Let Mugabe have foreign-affairs, then he can explain to
the donors.
And since the army won't turn against its majority brothers,
let him have the army too.
What Mugabe wants, and what is the whole basis of his
power is the authority to order train-loads of new
banknotes to be delivered to his control, to continue
looting the nation to sup****t his patronage system.
And the second most im****tant ministry is the police;
to control internal brutalisation, and give immunity
to [the common african institute of] youth brigades,
i.e. thugs.
