I doubt anyone is tempted to try this, but simple maths shows that 10
levels in (and there are already six here) everybody in the UK would
have to be involved, from new-born babies to the geriatric aged.
I'll leave it as an exercise for you to see just how few extra levels
would be needed for it to have to involve the entire world
population....
