Facilitating Change

Introductory training in the art of facilitation covering;
=95	Planning participatory workshops
=95	Delivering games and exercises (technique)
=95	Behaviour Management and vulnerable groups
=95	Exploring personal and social issues (through drama)
- Augusto Boal =96 Techniques in Theatre of the Oppressed and Forum
Theatre
- Participatory Learning and Action (PLA)
- Participatory Performance Practice (PPP)
- Creative evaluation and do***entation

Who is it for?
The training is for adults and professionals working in roles as
educators/ community workers/ youth workers/ charity workers/
teachers/ artists/ key workers/ health visitors/ family sup****t
workers/ YOS staff/ PAYP staff/ health and social workers/ PSHE/SRE
specialists/ project managers/ workshop leaders/ theatre
practitioners/ schools/ voluntary and community sector agencies/
housing sup****t staff/ police/ SEN staff.

The training would be beneficial to anyone working within the
community who is interested in developing their practice in
participatory workshop delivery.  You will learn how to use drama as a
tool to explore personal and social issues in a safe and sup****tive
environment.  You will come away with an arsenal of games, activities
and exercises that are easily adaptable to suit all ages and
abilities.  During the practice you will develop and practice
implementing new activities that will be engaging and fun and yet
effectively challenging your target group.

You don=92t have to be familiar with drama or a confident performer; you
simply need a willingness to have a go and a passionate desire to make
a difference!

Training designed and delivered by The Change Collective.  Training
takes place over 3 days and costs =A3100 per person.  To reserve a
