Thank you for taking the time to look at the site. In answer to your
questions;
We are not creating an anthology or planning to publish the winning
story, though we will acknowledge the winners name through the website.
Since our service is designed to assist writers get in to print, by
providing constructive critiques on unpublished work, we think it can
be counter-productive to publish submissions online.
Many print publishers insist that work submitted to them has never been
posted online (through websites or newsgroups). But of course we are
happy to put the winning story online if the winning author wishes it.
At all times the copyright remains with the author.
Oh, and £25 is around $47 US Dollars. We would pay this via money
order, postal order or paypal and would bear any fees ourselves.
I hope this answers your questions.
OCS
Thanks for clearing that up!
