There is no ban on hunting.
There is a ban on hunting foxes with dog packs, but that doesn't bother
the 
horses much.

A race-horse of any age is little use for hunting.  It would probably
break its 
legs at the first attempt.

Only if you think coley and chicken are made out of horse, which seems a
