One presumes, when taking a test in which multiple choice answers are
provided,
that some answers are deemed to be correct and others incorrect.
Otherwise, the
tester will not be able to determine if the participant has passed or
failed the
test. If the test does not measure anything, why do it?
That, essentially, is what is meant by 'correct' in the context of the
topic of
this thread.
Funnily enough, that is what I meant by 'correct' too, given the context.
