Who's squabbling????!!!!  Ultimately there is a genuine, million
dollar question (it could be philosophy that has a bearing on socio-
psychology) where you really ask, "Heck, even though I do really
understand the words, the syntax, the context, do I really understand
the meaning?"  And the honest and the humble will answer, "Only to a
certain extent."
