Yeah definitely, as a joke.
I first thought it must have been legless as John said, especially if
there were plenty of booze around.
But limbless is also slang for very small tits. Makes me think of Jon
Stewart in the Daily Show making fun of models.
A bit cruel indeed for that chick, hope she wasn't listening...
