I know this was posted as info/advert, not for comments, but half the
main menu is invisible in Mozilla Firebird, unless I maximise the
browser window to 1280 x 1024 -- the font-size is not being inherited
from the enclosing <td>. I realise it's a minority browser (but miles
better than IE as it happens with some really useful developer
plugins), but problems in Firebird are usually indicative of problems
with the underlying html and css.
Using verdana is a bad idea btw -- it looks larger than other fonts at
the same size, which is why I assume you have set the fonts generally
at 70% or less of the default size, which for anyone without verdana
(and anyone with poor eyesight) is not a good idea.
Incidentally, why use frames? It seems to generate an awful lot of
extra work, for no perceivable user (or developer) benefit. The top
and bottom frames don't align exactly in either Firebird or IE6 (the
bottom frame is wider in Firebird and narrower in IE).
Cool! The link to the designers' site opens in the bottom frame -- and
their home page is 100% images with no alt attributes. <sigh>
Depressing that there's still so much of this kind of stuff around.
