There are not many Usenet newsgroups about museums, but there are
several e-mail discussion lists, which perform the same function. I have
put a list of some of these on the site of CIDOC, the International
Committee for Do***entation of the International Council of Museums
(ICOM), at <http://cidoc.icom.museum/>,
where there are also links to
some other lists of lists.
These are mainly intended for museum professionals, so if you are
looking for something focussed on discussion by museum visitors and
users you may not find much. I'm sure that a user voice would often be
welcome on the professionals' lists, though.
