Thats quite simple. Iraqi has huge oil reserves. Northern Iraqi also
has huge natural water resources in the north ( one of the reasons for
the 20 year war with Iran ) which makes it a key region in the Middle
east. Britian has been trying to get its grimmy hands on its oil since
BP losts it rights when the oil industry there was publicised.   The
US and Britian where the agressors in this war and as far as I can see
where the only nations using weapons of mass destruction.

As the new conservative leader pointed out Tony Blair once refered to
"state sponsored terrorism" in regards to the US. Seems now thats a
polical that he sup****ts for material gains.
