In fact, just today, the Telegraph published the results of a poll
indicating the 60% of the british public sup****t the actions of the US
in its' attempt to bring normality and some democracy and self
government to Iraq.

Yes, I read that is what the Catholics said.

That's odd, I would interpret it to mean that a unionist substate was
rebelling and engaged in secret acts of terror against the state which
is said to represent a majority of the citizens.

Of course, you as an intelligent fellow know that is a heap of
rubbish. Perhaps your hatred of America leads you to such a
prejudicial position. If that were the case, what do you
conspiratorial types think the British, Italians, Polish, Spanish,
Turks et al are doing there? Almost everybody except the French and
Germans. Even Kofi Annan and his UN cowards were there for a short
time until they saw that real work was involved. The Americans not un
characteristically are carrying the big load, but they are not alone.
The President enjoys solid sup****t at home despite news media
propaganda, and apparently his policies are still sup****ted by a
majority of the British public.
